This variant of the Handlebar Adapter fits bicycles with frame threads integrated laterally on the head tube. Suitable thread spacings of 70–85 mm horizontally and 65 mm vertically are found, for example, on models from Riese & Müller, Kalkhoff, i:SY, Hercules, Tenways and Simplon. Various spacer sleeves are included for optimal mounting.

When using accessories, the available space on these bicycles must be taken into account. The adapter head can be mounted rotated by 180°.
